About this Survey

Dear Immanuel Families,

We have nearly reached the end of the 2020-2021 school year! Each year we like to survey our parents/guardians to gain your feedback regarding your child(ren)’s experience over the past year.

Please take a few minutes to complete the questions below. Your feedback will help us to make improvements to the existing school programs and to create new program initiatives.

In responding to each question, please think about your experience and your child’s experience over the past year. You may skip any item that you feel does not apply to you or your child. Many of the “academically-based” questions could be skipped by parents of Pre-School students, for example.  Questions specific to remote learning are near the end of the survey.

Section 1 of the survey asks general questions about the school. Section 2 is customized to the grade level of each particular student that you have at Immanuel.  For example, if a family has a second-grade student and a sixth-grade student, the survey will ask separate questions, focused on each specific grade level.

We encourage each parent/guardian to respond to the survey. Receiving two responses for each student (typically husband and wife) is optimal.

As always, if you would like to discuss your child’s education, please contact your child’s teacher, or Principal Dr. Joy Mullaney.

Anything that is shared with us is confidential. Your name is not required on the survey. However, if you would like to be contacted for any reason, you will need to leave your contact information.
