You are invited to use this form to become a volunteer at our upcoming Shining Stars summer program, which runs Monday, June 24 though Friday, June 28 from 9:00 am - Noon each day. Please complete the required fields and press the “Submit” button, at the bottom of the form. You will then receive a message that confirms successful submission of your form.
